He subsequently returned to his alma mater to achieve his Juris Doctor degree from the Notre Dame Law School in 1991. His contributions to legal literature include being a contributing author and editor of the publication “Litigating and Judging California Business Entity Governance Disputes” (LexisNexis 2019).
